So excited to present you with my spring summer 2012 collection. I launched my collection at the DC Fashion Week Kick Off Show at Perkins + Will.
Eep, I was really nervous to present my collection. Because truth be told, I was not going to do this show, until a good friend convinced me to. And I am so glad that I did! It was a wonderful experience, and I am working even harder to open my online shop now! I would like to launch my store in a few months but I don't know where my life will be taking me in these coming months. I am truly so blessed, and I'm so grateful for everyone who came out to support me, my family and my friends. :) I can't do this without you guys. <3

Mini Life Update:
I've been super busy. I've just started working at a new Madewell store that will be opening next week! And that has been a really great experience too. :) I'm also currently in the number one spot for the Styleta competition, if you haven't please continue to vote for me there, and spread the word! <3 Life is just amazing right now! And I feel that things are just getting better and better. :)

great photos! During fashion weeks its so common to see extremely blurry photos of models flying down the runway. Its nice to some with clarity for once :)
WOOOW! Congrats on the launch of your collection...what a momentous occasion! i am IN LOVE with the top two dresses...the colored patterns are fabulous..and I love the cuts!
also love all of the little details you put into everything...for example the turquoise lining inside the blazer, the triangular cut outs on the top, and the size panels on the last maxi dress!! BEAUTIFUL! great job!

I love the pieces of this collection, there's something I love about it, first, colors, it reminds me the color palette of miami beach from 80's (but neon version I think) that I really appreciate, and by the shapes and materials, a laidback attitude that I adore.
